I love what God is doing at South Creek Church. He has given us wonderful teaching and worship pastors in Jeff White and Justin Nelson and continues to grow our church body every year. In our fourth location in six years of existence, God’s providential hand is visibly upon our congregation. Jeff exposit the Word of God thoroughly and with great conviction while Justin’s gift for music is evident in how he leads the church in worship of the Almighty. This is the first year for the organized Home School Co-Op at South Creek Church. This is an opportunity to extend your children’s learning at home with organized classes and events. Please contact the church for details.

The church is having an a get together for the entire church at the Fuchs’ place outside of Ozark. There will be a bonfire with hot dog roasting, s’mores, hamburgers, caramel apples inside, an inflatable for the kids to jump on, hay rides outside and lots of fellowship! Plan to come out around 4:00PM and stay until you feel like heading out! This will be on Saturday, November 7th. Get directions from the church.

We will no longer be in our current location, but now meeting on the corner of Golden and Republic Road in South West Springfield. Our first Sunday at the new location will be on Sunday, November 1, 2009. Sunday school will start at 9:00AM and the Worship service at 10:30.

South Creek Church is starting a Homeschool Co-Op to help support parents in their endeavors to “train their children up in the way they should go…” This will be held at the church in Springfield, Mo.

There is a second planning meeting on September 9th, at 6:30pm See Pastor Justin.

The Children’s Ministry Picnic will be held at the Nixa City Park. It is for all parents, students and Children’s Ministry Workers – See Tonna Henry

The Women’s Bible Study meets on Thursday nights at the church. The first meeting is 8-27-09. The study is on the book of James using a book by John MacArthur.

We all had a great time at the church outing!
